Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- Nouvellie: the brand operated by Stay Beyound Marketing LLC through the website www.nouvellie.com
- Company: Stay Beyound Marketing LLC
- Customer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession
- Day: calendar day
- Distance Contract: a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties
- Right of Withdrawal: the Customer's right to cancel an order within 14 days without providing any reason

Article 3 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to:

- All contracts concluded between Nouvellie and the Customer

Article 4 – Product Offers
All offers are subject to product availability.
Product descriptions are prepared as accurately as possible.
Minor variations, particularly in color, may occur.
Obvious errors or mistakes shall not create liability for Nouvellie.
Article 5 – Formation of the Contract
A contract is formed when:
- The Customer confirms their order; and
- Payment has been successfully received.
Nouvellie reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Product unavailability
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- The day after the Customer receives the product; or
- The day after the final product is received for orders containing multiple shipments.
Article 7 – Customer Obligations
Customers must handle products with reasonable care.
Only the handling necessary to inspect the product, as would be permitted in a physical retail store, is allowed.
Any reduction in value resulting from excessive handling may result in a reduced refund.
Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Customers must notify their decision by email:
Returned products must be shipped within 14 days after notifying Nouvellie.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 9 – Refunds
Nouvellie will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges where applicable, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Article 10 – Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Nouvellie reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
Article 11 – Product Compliance and Legal Guarantees

Article 12 – Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are estimates only.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may request cancellation of the order and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
